"North East Festival 2014- Insurgence to Resurgence”
The “North East Festival”, has become a brand which is synonymous with the unification of the various stakeholders of North East under one dynamic platform. The importance of North East Festival has gone manifold after the recent racial disturbances especially in Delhi. This time the theme of North East Festival is “Insurgence to Resurgence”
The Second Edition of North East Festival is being organised on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of November, 2014, at IGNCA, Janpath, New Delhi. It would be an attempt to showcase the new & vibrant North East and highlight various facets of the region. The event would be biggest ever on India’s North East and is expected to be attended by more than one lakh people.

Last year during NEF 2013, India’s top policymakers for the first time interacted with North East stakeholders on various issues of the region like Look East Policy, Internal Security etc. This time also, NEF would be a platform to discuss various issues of the region. Some of them are;
